Kolonne Null Cuvee Rouge No. 2, Non-Alcoholic Red Wine | Dark Fruit and Berry, Notes of Barrique and Pepper | Dealcoholized with Grapes from Spain 25.4 fl oz (<0.5% ABV, 750ml)
+Dealcoholized | Kolonne Null Cuvee Rouge No. 2 is a blend of Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. This wine undergoes traditional winemaking methods before being gently freed from alcohol.
+Tasting Notes | Accompanied by notes of pepper, dark fruit and berry aromas snatch you back to the heart of Spain, to its native roots in the sunny plateau of La Meseta.
+Pairing Suggestions | Braised short ribs with a red wine reduction. The rich, savory flavors of the braised short ribs complement the wine's dark fruit and berry aromas, while the peppery notes in the wine enhance the subtle spices in the dish. Serve with a side of creamy polenta or roasted root vegetables to add a touch of earthiness that harmonizes beautifully with the wine's complexity and depth.
+Origin, Terroir & Wine Master's Notes | Cuvée Rouge #2 hails from Spain, produced from old vines growing on limestone and clay soils. The grapes, a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah, mature in oak barrels to enhance their complexity and depth.
About Kolonne Null
Kolonne Null's mission is to create the finest non-alcoholic wines. They accomplish this by respecting traditional craftsmanship while pushing the boundaries to create new innovative flavors and finishing concepts. Kolonne Null's wine lab is in continual exchange with partner winemakers and research institutions to regularly raise the bar of what is achievable. What makes Kolonne Null so special is their aim is to bring the characteristics of the growing region, the grape and the winemakers into the bottle, so that we can transparently tell the story of each wine. Kolonne Null is also planning a vineyard in Brandenburg's Havelland region, to which the most exciting and at the same time most courageous international winemakers will make a pilgrimage, in order to raise (non-alcoholic) wine to a new level.
